About
Family Safety Drive – Parivar Suraksha Yatra is a road safety campaign promoting responsible two-wheeler riding by addressing risks like not wearing helmets, overspeeding, mobile use, drunk driving, and overcrowding. It aims to create emotional awareness about how “adjusting” for convenience can cost lives.
In India, nearly half of all road accidents involve two-wheelers, making riders among the most vulnerable road users. The lack of awareness and disregard for basic safety measures such as wearing helmets, following speed limits, and avoiding overcrowding have led to a rising number of severe injuries and fatalities.

The campaign uses primary colours—red, yellow, and blue—to create a vibrant and eye-catching visual language. These bold colours support the campaign’s humorous tone, intentionally contrasting with the seriousness of road safety. This contradiction helps the message stand out, making it more approachable and memorable, and leaving a lasting impact on the public.
